We must secure our border using the Texas Constitution Article 1 Section 10, finish the wall, and designate the cartels as terrorist organizations to ensure our safety and sovereignty. We must enact stricter laws that address crime such as: human and child trafficking, fetynl, and assist our law enforcement agencies by providing them with all resources needed to keep our communities safe.

We must pass legislation to harden the Texas Electric Grid increasing capacity and preparedness for all hazards, including: Cyberattacks on the grid’s computerized command and control system, Physical attacks on substations and major high-voltage transformers, Geomagnetic storms created by solar flares from the sun, Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP), Extreme weather events, both cold and hot.

On day one I will sponsor a bill to give the Texas AG the right to prosecute election fraud in Texas. We must introduce legislation for one day voting, paper ballot, with a fingerprint and ID to ensure election integrity in our state and protect the sanctity of this right.
